Why Beach Road and Walking Street can cost more
Shops close to Beach Road, Walking Street and the busiest nightlife areas pay for prime tourist locations. Higher rent, long opening hours, visible storefronts and convenience are part of the cost structure, so some of the final price may reflect location rather than the flower itself.
That does not mean every beach-area shop is poor value. It simply means that a high price in a tourist zone is not automatically proof of higher quality.
